Do YOU Need a Brain?
Hannah felt that she would be in need of a new brain before her next spelling test; difficult math problems had worn her old brain beyond any usability. Dr. Serena P. was generous enough to offer her services free of charge in this dangerous but necessary procedure.

We don't quite understand - Serena gets paid to scratch someone's back but performs doctor's duties free of charge.
On the bright side - Hannah made a miraculous recovery - she was in church today.
that looks to be a valuable service...do you make house calls...that pastor of yours could take you around to those of us who are struggling to figure things out...
